Hi,
Importing anything that can be considered “drug paraphernalia,” such as bongs, is illegal under federal law. But in a recent win for the cannabis and hemp industries, a federal court ruled that the government was misinterpreting the law and there is an exemption if the product is to be sold in a cannabis-legal state.
The hemp industry, unfortunately, is projected to have a 46% decline in hemp harvested in 2022
And we posted a study about how CBD is fine for liver transplants. An article researched the dubious concerns of the FDA that normal amounts of CBD damage one’s liver. It seems that the FDA’s claim is from a study for Epidolex (which they approved) and besides giving mice extremely high amounts of CBD, prescription anticonvulsive drugs were also used, which are shown to affect liver enzymes.

Have a magnificent week!
