The Netherlands expanded its cannabis experiment, allowing 80 coffee shops in 10 cities to legally sell cannabis from licensed growers, aiming to fix the long-standing issue of legal sales but illegal cultivation. Italy's government used emergency powers to ban hemp flowers, instantly criminalizing 22K honest Italian workers and jeopardizing a €2 billion industry. Che cosa?! It’s hemp, not heroin!
