The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that workers' comp must cover CBD costs, even though the FDA hasn’t signed off. New Mexico passed a law to legalize psilocybin therapy, aiming to launch treatments by 2028. After these huge opioid lawsuits, some victims got just a few hundred dollars while over $10 billion went to governments. Likewise, black communities hit hardest by opioids are still getting ignored in how that money is used. If we’re suing on behalf of the victims, then shouldn't they reap the benefits?
