Hi [%first_name | Friend%],

This week, California has finally opened registration for hemp permits.

We’ve got an interesting look at how Big Pharma recruited DEA employees to their side, effectively gutting the organization. The opioid lawsuits since have turned the tables around though the revolving door between Pharma and government is still an issue.

Clint Eastwood won $2M last week from an LA-based company that hid his searchable name in their html tags. Last year, he won $6.1M for a company falsely claiming his endorsement. And in Mayim Bialik’s false endorsement case, the courts are allowing her access to the email services to identify the IP addresses of the perpetrators.

Have an unbelievable week! :)
